We primarily serve customers across India. All physical goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery Timelines (for Home Goods):

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5-10 working days after dispatch to major Indian cities. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

  • Expedited Delivery: Next-day or 2-day delivery options may be available at checkout for select locations, with applicable charges.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and the destination PIN code, displayed clearly at checkout.

• We may offer Free Shipping promotions. Please refer to website banners or product pages for ongoing offers.

• Important: As we ship domestically within India, no import duties or customs procedures apply to your order. You pay only the product price and shipping fee.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier's name and a valid tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
