Return & refund policy
1. Overview
This policy is formulated in accordance with India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We are committed to a smooth return experience and will acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours.
2. Return Eligibility & Window

Home Goods: You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, with tags intact, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, razors) opened for hygiene reasons.

Customized or personalized products.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
4. Return Process

Initiate Request: Contact our customer service via the website form or email at whyshops@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization: After review (1-2 business days), if approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and a return address (located in Dehradun or another specified Indian location).

Ship Item Back: Please pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. For returns not due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process.
5. Refund Process

Refund Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment source.

Refund Timeline: After return approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment gateway.

Refund Amount: The product's paid amount will be refunded. For returns not due to defect/error, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
